We ship Monday to Friday, any orders placed on a Weekend will be dispatched Monday except on Public Holidays. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched. All orders are shipped within 3 working days. We offer free shipping on all our products within AUSTRALIA. All orders are shipped through Registered Australia Post and must be signed for upon delivery with in Australia. If you're not home when the products are delivered, a card will be left to collect your product from your local post office. You will find information about the post office location on the card left by the courier. We are unable to leave parcels at the delivery address if they have not been signed for.


Refund and Returns


Your satisfaction is our first priority at ALEGRIA. If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or refund your credit card. All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 60 days of the invoice date. Items must be returned with their original packaging and must still be in an unused and saleable condition. Please note that any shoes to be returned are to be returned at the buyer's expense.

Please take care to choose the correct size, style and colour. Alegria cannot be held responsible for items which do not fit or mistakes made during your purchase.
