Refund and Returns


Your satisfaction is our first priority at ALEGRIA. If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or refund your credit card. All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 30 days of the invoice date. Items must be returned with their original packaging and must still be in an unused and saleable condition. 


ALEGRIA does not issue refund/exchange on SALE/CLEARANCE items, this includes promotions and temporary discounts. All SALE/CLEARANCE items purchased are Final Sale and are not valid for a return, this includes change of mind.  If you are unsure of sizing please get in touch with our team to find out what size will suit you best, or refer to our Size Guide. In the event that we cannot provide another size to exchange for, or suitable alternative, we can issue an online Alegria Australia credit.

Please note that a $10 fee will apply for all returns and exchanges.


Please take care to choose the correct size, style and colour. If however you are dissatisfied with your purchase please notify the Alegria Australia customer service team via email at or fill out the Contact Form with the subject as RETURN. 

Please be sure to include your order number and reason for refund/exchange. All returns will be assessed at their arrival back into the warehouse therefore the shoes must be in their original packaging and MUST be in an unused and saleable condition. If this criteria is not met the shoes will be posted back to you.

A $10 return fee will be charged once per return.
