Shipping Information

In peak shopping periods or holiday seasons, shipping delays may be experienced. Our team will endeavour to process and ship orders as soon as possible following public holiday closures, within the next 3 working days - Monday-Friday.

We ship Monday to Friday, any orders placed on a Weekend will be dispatched the following week. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched. All orders are shipped within 3 working days. If you have not received an order within 20 business days, please notify us by email at: sales@sfidagroup.com

We offer a flat rate of $10 for shipping within AUSTRALIA, and free shipping on orders over $200 within AUSTRALIA. All orders are shipped through Registered Australia Post and must be signed for upon delivery within Australia. If you're not home when the products are delivered, a card will be left to collect your product from your local post office. You will find information about the post office location on the card left by the courier. We are unable to leave parcels at the delivery address if they have not been signed for.
