Anyone is welcome to join the Alegria Affiliates Program via our AFFILIATES page, hosted by Shopify Collabs. To participate, affiliates must complete the sign-up form and either create or log into a Shopify Collabs account. All applications will be reviewed and approved by Alegria Australia.

PROGRAM DETAILS

Once approved, you’ll receive a personal shareable link and a unique discount code to share with your friends and family. This code offers them 20% off any purchase made through our online store.

AFFILIATE REWARDS

Affiliates earn a $20 online voucher for every order placed using their unique code. At the end of each month, Alegria Australia will tally your total referred orders and issue a combined voucher.
For example: 5 orders = $100 voucher.
Please note: Affiliate vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash

SOCIAL MEDIA PARTICIPATION

We kindly ask affiliates to share at least one Instagram Story tagging @alegriafootwear and using the hashtag #alegriaaffiliate.
Affiliates are also encouraged to mention their Alegria Australia Affiliate status in their Instagram bio, with a tag to @alegriafootwear.

EXCLUSIVE OFFERS

Affiliates may receive early access to new season collections, online-exclusive products, and promotional sales to share with their networks.

COLLABORATION OPPORTUNITIES

RESERVED RIGHTS

Alegria Australia reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Affiliates Program at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes.
We also reserve the right to repost, reshare, or use any media—including images and videos—featuring Alegria products that are created or shared by our affiliates across social platforms or online.

How do I find my size?

What are your wide fit styles?

Can you import styles from the US for me?

Alegria Australia is proud to produce our own inventory for Australian tastes and to Australian seasons! We are unable to access the inventory of Alegria US and do not offer a special-order service.

Will you restock seasonal styles or colourways?

Unfortunately, we don’t always renew seasonal styles, and we also don’t produce all of the exact same styles as Alegria in the US. Please reach out to us if you would like some help identifying whether one of our Australian stockists may be carrying a particular style in season, though we can’t offer a guarantee of items being available.

Do you have Alegria-preferred cobblers or repairers?

Alegria Australia do not have preferred repairers.

Can I buy a replacement butterfly charm?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer replacement charms.

Will your shoes fit my custom orthotics?

We suggest reviewing the dimensions on our Size Chart to assess whether our fits will accommodate your custom orthoptics. We are happy to offer refunds or exchanges where possible to customers whose new purchases aren’t compatible with their orthoptics outside of final sales – fees may apply for returns or exchanges.



Do you offer a professional discount?

We love our occupational customers, and we do regularly promote special offers for frontline workers. Please contact us to find out more.

How much is shipping for customers outside of Australia?

Shipping costs $20 AUD for parcels being delivered outside of Australia.

Are your shoes all wide fit?

We recommend reviewing the dimensions associated with the sizes on our Size chart to assess whether a fit will be wide enough for your comfort. All feet are different!

Can you help me choose a style to accommodate my individual foot support requirements?

We recommend speaking to a specialist about your individual needs, such as a podiatrist or physiotherapist.

What is the difference between this and that sole?

Our soles are constructed to offer different benefits like a rocker shape to encourage a rolling gait, several heel heights to suit the needs of different wearers and in-fashion finishes to enhance our seasonal styles. We recommend reviewing the specifications on our product pages to find out details such as the heel height and other features of our outsoles, but you can also get in touch with any specific technical questions about our products.
